What are the Monde Selection Food Awards?
Monde Selection stands for an independent, holistic and objective quality assessment. The Monde Selection jury consists of top chefs, chocolatiers, scientists and nutrition experts from all over the world. They taste and evaluate each product with great care and expertise - supported by laboratory analyses if necessary.
The evaluation takes into account not only sensory characteristics such as flavour and aroma, smell, texture and mouthfeel, but also important consumer factors such as
- Quality and origin of the ingredients
- Transparency of product information
- Ease of use during preparation
- Packaging design
After individual assessments and a joint dialogue, the panel of experts reached a unanimous decision on the final result. We are particularly proud that our three classic spices were awarded gold. A big thank you to Monde Selection!
